This is a quick recipe and very practical when you are arriving from work and in a rush. While the fish is in the oven, you can prepare white rice and vegetables
The sauce of this recipe is very good with white rice.
Ingredients:
- 400 gr cod or sole
- 30 ml lemon juice
- One can mushroom soup
- 1/4 can of milk
- 250 ml grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Rinse fish under cold water and pat dry them
- Place fish in a baking dish and squeeze lemon juice over the fish
- Combine the mushroom soup and milk and spread it over the fish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cover with the cheese and bake at 3250 F for 25 minutes
