I love to eat crepes on Sunday morning. It is a nice change from traditional toast.
Serve them with maple syrup, brown sugar, molasses and/or fresh fruits.
You can use the crepe for dessert by stuffing them with bananas flambés.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml flour
- 300 ml milk
- 100 ml sugar
- 5 ml salt
- 50 ml melted butter
- Oil
Method:
- Mix all ingredients, except the oil, together until the batter is smooth
- Using a paper towel soaked with some oil, grease the bottom of a heavy pan
- Spread batter evenly, equivalent to a ladle, in the frying pan and cook at medium heat until the top has dried out.
- Flip the crepe and cook another minute
