Talk about easy to make. It is so simple to make and so sweet!
Ingredients:
Cake:
- 175 ml sugar
- One egg
- 30 ml butter
- 250 ml flour
- 10 ml baking powder
- 125 ml milk
Sweet sauce:
- 30 ml butter
- 30 ml flour
- 250 ml cream (15%)
- 125 ml sugar
- 2 ml vanilla
Method:
Cake:
- Wisk together the sugar egg and butter
- Add the flour, baking powder and milk and mix well
- Bake at 3500 F, until the cake top is golden
Sauce:
- Melt butter over low heat and whisk in flour
- Remove from heat and stir in the cream
- Return to low heat and add sugar and vanilla
- Stir until sugar is fully dissolved
- Pour on top of cake
